Marie Sharp’s Mango Habanero Pepper Sauce is Hot Commodity at Dubai Expo

Belize’s own Marie Sharp’s Pepper Sauce has made the headlines again after being named the best pepper sauce at the Dubai 2020 Expo. It is a huge win for Marie Sharp’s Fine Foods, especially since their product was measured against Caribbean pepper sauces. Owner, Marie Sharp, told us what the Dubai recognition means to her company on Open Your Eyes. She also talked about the importance of repeat business.

“For us it is a big deal of course because that is not something that happens every day. It is an honor and it is a great advantage for the company, because we use that as our sales gimmick. So, it helps the company as far as promotions are concerned. So, we are very happy about it. Of course, we know, and you know too that once you taste Marie Sharp pepper I have you hooked right?”

“Once you taste that I have you as a hooked customer. Our aim is that everything that leaves our door is of the highest quality. So, if we are making pepper sauce from mango that has to be a very good mango that is going to stand out. All the sauces we make are the same. We strive to put out only the best. When we are making our products we go through a taste testing process. We give everybody to taste and get comments. We always like to get comments on it, because it is only comments that you can change things and make it better and come out with a good product.”

In case you are wondering, the judges in Dubai sampled Marie Sharp’s Mango Habanero Pepper Sauce. Marie Sharp’s is also celebrating that it is now being sold at all Walmarts across the United States.
