Abner Magana Perishes After Crashing Into Yo Creek Bridge

A fatal mishap on Friday afternoon in Orange Walk District has claimed the life of twenty-seven-year-old Abner Magana. It is reported that Magana was riding a scooter along the Yo Creek Road when he collided into a bridge. The impact of the collision flung Magana under the concrete bridge. Despite being rushed to the Northern Regional Hospital for emergency medical treatment, Magana succumbed to his injuries.

“Friday around 1:20 p.m., police visited a scene on the Yo Creek Road and when they arrived there, they were informed that the motionless body of Abner Magana was removed from under the bridge in Yo Creek Village. An initial investigation revealed that he was driving his scooter on that road when he lost control and ran into the bridge and ended up under the bridge. He was transported to the Northern Regional Hospital where he pronounced dead on arrival.”
