L.P.G. Prices Jump by 42 Cents a Gallon

And, from increases in fuel prices we move to an increase in the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. The Supplies Control Unit in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise informed Belizeans today that effective Friday March eleventh; new fixed controlled prices will be introduced for the sale of L.P.G. The new prices reflect an increase of forty-two cents per gallon for the current shipment, resulting primarily from an increase in acquisition price of propane.
