“I know that this morning sometime around eight twenty a.m. in the Tropical Park area of Hattieville, the police run that makes its daily run to the prison was travelling with five prisoners on board and police personnel when the drive observed fire coming from the hood of the van. He made an immediate stop, everybody exited the van including the prisoners. The van, they managed to extinguish the fire. The prisoners were put in a other van the police had on the highway the same time and they made their way down to court.
