Radio program to solicit views on constitutional reform

The Political Reform Commission will be coming out of the conference room and hitting the airwaves to get your suggestions. The show, “Rock di system” will air on two stations KREM and LOVE FM on Sundays and Thursdays beginning this weekend. The hosts for this Sunday’s program at 11 a.m. on KREM are commission chairman Dylan Vernon and Lois Young Barrow. Other members of the 14-person commission will also get a chance to take calls from viewers over the next three weeks. Suggestions and comments will be incorporated into the commission’s final report to Government. The commission was appointed in December by the Prime Minister to make recommendations for improving the way Belize is governed. Members were selected from the business community, churches and non-governmental organizations, as well as both political parties and the media.
