Hattieville Woman Hit By Bullet in Her Home; Culprit Not Found

A shooting incident in Hatieville has left one woman injured. Janet Arnold told police that she was inside her house on Sunday night when she heard gunshots. Moments later she discovered that she had been hit by a bullet. Police were on the ground this morning canvassing the area.

“Janet Arnold said that she was in her house in the old Hattieville area when she heard what sounded like gunshots. Upon making checks she realized she was grazed and the T.V. in the house was also damaged. Ms. Arnold was rushed to the K.H.M.H. where she was treated and released. Officers are out there canvassing that area, because this took place around ten fifty last nights. By the time they spoke to her it was almost one o’clock.”
