New Park and Digital Lab for Santa Martha Village

With assistance from the Taiwanese Government, Santa Marta Village is also getting a digital lab installed at their community center. In addition, there are finally some changes taking place at the park.

“A new digital lab is being set up there. Through efforts from the Taiwanese Government, we are able to assist them with getting a brand new digital lab with internet service provided and at the same time have people housed there to provide service training and so forth. So I am working with the Department of Youth Services to also get somebody that would come here and provide assistance and support to the community here in Santa Martha. We just renovated a park for them so the park is more a green park with solar lights – trying to promote that smart green option. But definitely here at Santa Martha, the health and education is critical.”
