Kenrick Reneau picked up by police

The eighth man wanted in connection with the shooting death of businessman Lee Yun Chong on Jasmin Street has been caught. Twenty year old Kenrick Reneau was sitting behind a house in the Junn’s Ville area when police detectives picked him up this morning. Police told News Five that they were conducting raids at various houses in the St. Martin de Porres area and received a call telling them Reneau’s exact location. Police say that Reneau had been terrorizing the residents of the area and was wanted by the police since January for burglary and handling stolen goods. Reneau was today taken to Magistrate’s Court where he was formally charged with murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, grevious harm, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, use of deadly means of harm and two counts of discharging a firearm in public. He has been remanded into custody until May fourth.
