Man charged with indecent assault
A man met bail today after being charged with the indecent assault of a twelve year old. The girl reported to police that around seven o’clock Good Friday she was at her aunt’s house when Roberto Cardinez Lozano who lives in Conch Shell Bay touched her on her leg close to her vaginal area. The minor also told police that Lozano told her not to tell anyone else about what he does to her. She says that this was not the first time that Lozano had touched her and said it was a habitual practice but this time she simply had enough.
