Social Security opens new Belize City offices
No doubt you’ve seen an attractive new building by the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. Well tonight, the Social Security Board is inaugurating its new Belize City facility at the corner of Princess Margaret Drive and St. Joseph Streets. The ten thousand five hundred foot structure was designed by Mitchell-Moody Associates with work carried out by Ainsworth S. Johnson contractors. Mayor David Fonseca will dedicate the new building which opens to the public on Monday, March twenty ninth. The Social Security Board says their new offices will not only provide more space for the staff but create a more comfortable atmosphere for customers and more efficient customer service.
