Teen arrested for Belmopan death
In Belmopan a seventeen year old has been arrested and charged in connection with a stabbing death in Salvapan early Sunday morning. Guatemalan Manulo Gomez appeared in Belmopan Magistrate’s Court yesterday where he was formally charged with the murder of Freddie Marroquin. Witnesses told police that twenty year old Niglas Montejo and seventeen year old Manulo Gomez got into a fight with Marroquin. He died of a broken neck and stab wounds to his left collarbone and ribs. Gomez, who resides in Las Flores, has been remanded to Hattieville Prison.
