Man kills himself over lovers’ quarrel

A man was found hanging from the ceiling of his home early Saturday morning. According to police reports, they received a call around seven thirty and immediately went to number twenty-nine Banak Street where they found the lifeless body of thirty-five year old Francis Dougall hanging from a rope. Police say Dougall’s common-law wife Irma Willoughby, who is living in her mother’s home in the same yard, says she and Dougall had a misunderstanding about a week ago and as a result she moved in with her mom. Willoughby says that after the argument Dougall threatened to kill her and told her after he had done so would then kill himself. Dougall’s body was discovered by his stepdaughter around seven thirty Saturday morning.
