Five Men are Busted for Possession of an Unlicensed Shotgun
A group of five men was busted at a campsite in the Soldier Creek Reserve earlier today by police and personnel from the Forestry Department. The men were found in possession of a twelve-gauge shotgun, as well as a cartridge belt with fourteen cartridges. The men are from various communities in the Stann Creek District. Sixty-one-year-old Ramon Quintero, a construction worker of Silk Grass Village, twenty-eight-year-old Juanito Davila Rios of Hope Creek Village, seventy-one-year-old Felix Escoto of Sarawee, twenty-five-year-old Emilton Morales, a construction worker of Hope Creek Village and twenty-six-year-old Andre Anthony Moreira of Steadfast. The men were charged jointly for the offenses of kept firearm without a gun license and kept ammunition without a gun license.
