Canaan High School Students Involved in Brawl Disciplined Internally

A video of a group of students from Canaan High school fighting after school went viral on social media on Tuesday. The video shows a group of young girls in their school uniform physically assaulting each other. Several of the young men who were standing nearby attempted to diffuse the brawl which lasted for a minute. We reached out to the school’s administration for comment and we were informed that the matter is being dealt with internally, based on school policy. News Five understands that the incident occurred on the first day of school following the Easter holiday. We were informed that the students involved in the brawl were engaged in arguments on social media during the holiday.
