March fourth declared countrywide “non-school” day

Still on the elections, a release today from the Ministry of Education has declared March fourth a countrywide “non-school” day. Schools will be used as polling stations and, as a result, are also expected to close at midday on the third to allow election officials to prepare the rooms.
