“At the same time, our EHS team, our environmental health and safety has been dispatched to make sure that we follow our procedures in terms of containment of any material. Even though it is molasses, we have to make sure that we do follow the procedures that we have established with DOE, which includes informing them that we are onsite. They will come to the location and ensure that we are following the procedure. So, all around this is something that you never want to happen. But, when it does we do have the procedure in place to ensure that we can effectively and efficiently. As I said before we don’t know what led to the accident itself but we do have certain procedures in place. Drivers are given a certain amount of trips per day, but they are also required to take a certain amount of rest. We can’t say, but it is definitely not a situation of trying to complete as much trips as possible, because we have guidelines put in place to manage all of that, to make sure we don’t have drivers on the road that are tired, that are putting themselves and other people at risk. We follow the rules set out by one labor laws and also our best practices by certifications that we have in place.”
