Toledo man killed by falling tree
On Tuesday in an unfortunate workplace accident an eight inch steel object pierced the chest of Shipyard resident David Enns and killed him. The result of the post-mortem revealed that the cause of his death was failure of the lungs and carbon monoxide intoxication due to blunt force trauma to the chest. There’s another unfortunate accident to report that killed a farmer from the Toledo District. This past Tuesday morning at about nine-thirty, fifty-one year old Pedro Tush and some men were felling trees in Sunday Wood Village. During their logging operation, one of the trees dropped on Tush and crushed his chest, exposing his organs. He died on the spot.
