Mechanic Targeted and Shot at His Home in Hattieville
A mechanic was shot at his home late Thursday night by someone who went looking for his son. Carlton Belisle, Sr. was reportedly inside around eleven o’clock when he heard someone calling out for his namesake son. When the father went to see who it was, he was met with a barrage of gunshots. The incident occurred at mile sixteen and a half on the George Price Highway. The fifty-six-year-old suffered multiple gunshot wounds and is receiving treatment at the K.H.M.H. His common-law wife, Abigail Garbutt spoke with News Five off camera about what happened.
