Resort Owner in San Antonio Village Shot to Death and Robbed

The owner of a resort in San Antonio Village, Toledo was murdered on Monday. The elderly victim, seventy-year-old Kevin Brown, was discovered by his neighbours when they went to visit, but he refused to respond to the front door. Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams shared with reporters today that investigators have established what they believe was the motive for the killing.

“From what investigators are seeing, or what investigators saw on the scene, it would appear to have been a robbery (that) went wrong. The place was ransacked and several items were missing, including the deceased’s licensed shotgun, so there are persons that we’re looking at with the hope that we’ll be able to get some positive leads to solve this murder.”
