Traffic accident kills taxi driver
A taxi driver was killed yesterday when a Zeta water truck collided with a bus on the Northern Highway and ran off the road around five p.m. Police say Mauricio Nazaria reported he was approaching the round-a-bout between miles one and two when he ran into a yellow passenger bus which was already in the round-a-bout. Nazaria says he then ran off the road and into 47 year old William Arthur Forte who was standing on the right-hand side of the road. Forte died at the scene. Nazaria has been charged with manslaughter by negligence, death by careless conduct and driving without due care and attention.
