P.M. Comments on Shyne’s B.E.T Performance

Reporters also got a chance to ask the prime minister if he was able to catch the Leader of the Opposition’s performance at the B.E.T Awards that Belizeans all over are talking about. Well, as we have told you P.M. Briceño has been busy with his working visits. As a result, he says he did not see the performance. He did, however, tell us that he thinks Barrow stands a better chance at returning to his rap career than becoming the Prime Minister of Belize.

“No, I did not see it. I have been busy. Right now here in Lisbon it is almost ten o’clock at night. My first meeting started at eight meeting started at eight thirty. So I have just been in meetings all day long. But, we all know that is what the Leader of the Opposition aspires for, to be back on the stage to rap. I think he has a better chance of becoming a successful rapper, a better chance of doing that than becoming the Prime Minister of Belize.”
