New Projects to Commence on Caye Caulker

Leading up to the elections, Villanueva-Pott had concluded some projects on various parts of the island. She says that there are already some other projects in the pipeline and for the next three years, so the community can expect those to come on stream shortly.

“For sure we want to be more involved with B.T.B. and do more international marketing. We believe we are at a place where we can take that on. We want to enhance the Caye Caulker experience so we want to develop safe space where people and families can come on the island and enjoy a nice pikney and tarpon feeding. So those are things we want to work on. We also want to continue to go green initiative on Caye Caulker; we need to be more sustainable. So those are projects that we have in the pipeline. I am confident that my team will deliver.”
