Police investigate possible murder at Y.E.A.
This afternoon around one thirty police received a call from the Youth Enhancement Academy about an alleged suicide. When they arrived at the scene they say twenty-two year old inmate Jeffery Bradley with a sheet tied around his neck and hanging from an iron bar inside cell number three. Police say the discovery was made by an officer collecting the young men’s lunch plates. The only thing that was confirmed by the two inmates near Bradley’s cell was that they heard him crying just before his body was discovered. Bradley had about one month remaining at the Academy before he was to be set free. Police say they are treating the case as a homicide and are investigating.
