It’s the players guess, it’s our guess, nobody knows. So the fact that they’re coming up in every district is just because there’s a lot of winners. The return rate is called the payout, which is what percentage of the money that people spend on tickets gets returned to them or paid back to them in prizes, and we have tickets with payouts as high as eighty percent.”
