Rhett Fuller’s extradition hearing continues

The extradition hearing for the owner of Triton Advertising Rhett Fuller continued today in the Magistrate’s Court. The United States is seeking to bring Fuller back to the U.S. in connection with the murder of Larry Miller in Florida in 1989. Today defense attorney Kirk Anderson continued where he left off yesterday making further submissions on the inadmissibility of certain evidence. Solicitor General Gian Ghandi began his response and is expected to continue when the hearing resumes on Wednesday of next week. Attorney Kirk Anderson told News Five that following Ghandi’s submissions and a ruling on the admissibility of the evidence, certain aspects of the evidence will be made known to the court. Anderson says he would like to clarify reports that two other men allegedly involved in the murder — Carlos Cuello and Alex Napolito — have alleged that Fuller was the man who did the killing. Anderson says that at this point there has been no discussion in the trial of what the evidence really reveals and that it has not been alleged that Fuller shot and killed anyone personally.
