Reese Fitzgibbon to Stand Trial for Being a Member of a Gang
Thirty-four-year-old Reese Fitzgibbon has been served with an eighty-two page disclosure for allegedly being a member of a gang. The Supal Street resident recently pleaded guilty to keeping a firearm and ammunition and is presently serving a three-year sentence. In the lower court on Thursday evening, Fitzgibbon was served with the disclosure, despite being charged earlier this year for reportedly being a member of the Supal Street Bloods, otherwise known as the Fourth Genna Gang. His cousins, Kevin “Moto “Alvarez and James Fitzgibbon are also accused of belong to the same gang and are awaiting trial for that offense. Being a member of a gang is an offense which carries a fine of three thousand, five hundred dollars or a prison term of eighteen months.
