Extradition hearing continues in Magistrate’s Court
A relaxed and clean shaven Rhett Fuller appeared in Magistrate’s Court today to face an extradition hearing. He is wanted by the United States government for allegedly being involved in a murder that took place in Miami almost nine years ago. Fuller, who is being defended by attorneys Eamon Courtenay and Kirk Anderson, has been in Hattieville Prison since late last month and will remain there until the case is resolved. Today his lawyers argued before Chief Magistrate Herbert Lord that the documents requesting extradition were flawed and Fuller should thus be freed. The case will be continued on November twenty seventh.
