Police forensic course begins in Belmopan
A course on forensic investigative techniques is underway at the Police Training School in Belmopan. The two-week training is being sponsored by the United States Justice Department through its International Criminal Investigative Assistance Program. It will cover crime scene processing, investigative foundation, forensic techniques and the investigator and criminal evidence. Facilitators are from the F.B.I. in the United States and Belize’s senior police officers, prosecuting attorneys and forensic experts.
