Two in custody for burglary
Police investigating the theft of almost thirty thousand dollars in cash and jewelry from a store in Belize City last week have apprehended two men and recovered some of the missing money. Li Juan Li told police almost thirty thousand dollars in cash and jewelry were taken from her store at the corner of Mahogany and Jasmine Streets last Sunday. So far police have detained Kevin Parks of Marigold Lane and Earl Young of Fern Lane and have recovered two thousand dollars in cash. A third man believed involved in the incident remains at large.
