A Knife-wielding Common-law Husband Attacks His Wife and Children
Forty-six-year-old Angelita Requeña and her two children endured a vicious assault over the weekend when her common-law husband attacked them with a knife. The Esperanza resident remains hospitalized at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital, while Michael Williams has since been charged with three counts of attempted murder. According to police, the incident was the result of a domestic dispute.

“On Saturday, November nineteenth, police responded to a stabbing incident in Esperanza Village. Upon arrival, they learned that three persons received stab wound injuries. They were taken to the hospital and one of the victims was further taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where she is admitted in a critical condition. An investigation was carried out and it was determined that Angelita Requeña, forty-six-years-old, had a domestic dispute with her common-law Michael Williams who inflicted the stab injuries to three of them. An investigation was carried out and Michael Williams was detained and he has since been charged for three counts of attempted murder.”
