Cayo Resident Wins $50K from Scratch & Win
There is a fifty-thousand-dollar Scratch and Win winner from the Cayo District tonight. Today, Luis made his way over to our office on Coney Drive, along with Scratch and Win Director Alex Gamero, to share in the excitement. After taxes, the lucky winner took home a cheque for forty-two thousand, five hundred dollars. As we found out today, this is the second time that Luis is winning and back in June, he took home two thousand dollars. The win comes just in time for the Christmas season.

“Definitely. About half of it is already spent. I already owe most of it, medical bills and everything so yes.”

“Well I buy every now and then when I go to the shop and so when I see the tickets, I sometimes buy. So I know that if I don’t buy I can’t win. So I try my best and every now and again I buy and twice I have been victorious. Many times five dollars, two dollars and so, but twice it has been a good amount.”
