Hit and run leaves Biscayne farmer dead
In crime news a forty-eight year old farmer from Biscayne Village is the latest Belizean to die on the nation’s highways. Police report that Gilbert Lamb was found around ten thirty Saturday night lying in a pool of blood near mile twenty-two and a half on the Northern Road. He was pronounced dead on arrival at Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. Investigations have concluded that Lamb was the victim of a hit and run driver.
