24 year old commits suicide in Corozal
In Corozal, police have ruled the death of a twenty-four year old man a suicide. Anselmo Pook was hospitalized around seven o’clock on Friday evening after he drank an unknown quantity of the poisonous herbicide gramaxone. According to the officer in charge of the Corozal police station, Crispin Jeffries, Pook died on Saturday morning and that based on the autopsy, he was satisfied that Pook took his own life and has closed the investigation.
