NABR announces election slate

In more news from the campaign trail, the National Alliance for Belizean Rights has released its slate of candidates for next month’s elections. Most prominent on the list is Gilda Lewis in the Albert division. Lewis will attempt to follow in the footsteps of the party’s founder and leader Philip Goldson, who is retiring from his seat in Albert, as well as electoral politics. The other NABR candidates are: Lee Flowers in Collet, John Mena in Cayo Central, Reni Coleman in Belize Rural North, Figenia Lamb Cayetano in Port Loyola and Maximiliano Requeña in Toledo East. With this latest announcement, the new Belize National Party is the only one left to declare its slate of candidates.
