Accused Murderer Elmer Nah Did Not Have Valid Firearm License
Investigators in the murder of Jon and David Ramnarace have yet to locate the murder weapon, according to ComPol Williams. On Tuesday, he told reporters that the suspect’s firearm license was revoked back in 2021, when he was arrested and charged in connection with a drug plane landing. Expended shells found on the scene have been sent to the National Forensics Lab for testing.
Chester Williams, Commissioner of Police
“We have not been able to locate the firearm. We are doing what we can to do so. I can tell you he does not have a license for a firearm, because after the plane incident I revoked the license for every one of them who were involved or allegedly involved. And, we have found a number of expended shells at the scene. Those shells will be sent to the National Forensic Lab and the lab will be able to tell us if the weapon used is a police issued firearm or not. We don’t believe it is police issued, nonetheless we will await the findings of the National Forensic Service.”
