Nimrod Tillett charged for murder of his lover

There is a development to the brutal murder of forty-four year old Enrique Lino Castillo who was murdered last Friday in Orange Walk Town. Lead suspect, Nimrod Tillett, who is believed to have slit Castillo’s throat, turned himself in to Orange Walk police yesterday. Today Tillett was charged for Murder and remanded to prison. The incident occurred shortly after three Friday morning when a party hosted by Castillo at his home located on the Belize-Corozal Road ended in his murder. It was until later that morning that family members found the nude body of Castillo laying on his back on the kitchen floor. Castillo was beaten with a baseball bat to his abdomen and there were also cut wounds to his face, knees and the fatal cut to the throat. Some of Castillo’s personal items were missing from his house.
