Barrow and Esquivel attend San Salvador summit
While the election campaign continues to intensify, at least two of the major players on the government side will be taking a few days off from the mayhem to attend to affairs of state. Foreign Minister Dean Barrow left today and Prime Minister Manuel Esquivel will depart tomorrow for a summit of leaders from Central America and Mexico being held in San Salvador. The gathering is intended to strengthen Central American integration and enhance ties between the nations of the region. Elodio Aragon will act as Prime Minister during Esquivel’s absence.
