Vehicle Plunges into Ditch off Coastal Road
The upgrade to the Coastal Road is not yet complete but already there’s been a near fatal incident. Whoever were the occupants of this black vehicle narrowly missed slamming into a small creek when it careened off the highway and plunged into a ditch below. A quick check with the police this evening revealed that while the vehicle was totaled, the occupants escaped death. The details were not yet available.
