Shane Bradley to Stand Trial for Murder
In August 2021, Shane Bradley was diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder prior to being detained for murder. Earlier today, a preliminary inquiry commenced before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser who determined that based on a prima facie case has been established against the forty-year-old accused murderer. Bradley, who appeared unrepresented in court, will stand trial in the April session of the Supreme Court which is set to commence on April twentieth. It is alleged that on August twenty-first, 2021, Bradley and Edward Westby were drinking when they got into an argument and Bradley reportedly pulled out a knife and inflicted a fatal stab wound.
