The fifty-three year old reggae-soul artist who is known for his songs like ‘Bring It On’, ‘No Goodbye’ and his latest single, ‘I Feel Good’, is here to perform for a special Valentine’s concert on Saturday along with his eighteen piece band. Beres Hammond, Jamaican Reggae-Soul Artist
“It could have been—I’m not even sure—nine or eight years. I’m not sure but it’s nine or eight years it’s too long.”

Duane Moody
“And you’re back to give an all time valentine concert.”

Beres Hammond
“I am back to give the best of what I am every time.”

Duane Moody
“What can the Belizean public expect from this concert come Saturday?”

Beres Hammond
“Well if they know Beres Ham, they know he’s always at his best. All I need to do is presently do a catching up on what the people are into right now, what Beres Hammond songs they’re into right now. But from there on, they spur me and I just take it from there.”

Duane Moody
“Tell the public, those who don’t know your music, what can they expect, what type of music.”

Beres Hammond
“I hate to know that anyone here don’t know my music, first of all. But I am opposed to anything that is too—I just deal straight up love. So if you want to have some fun and to be with your lover, then it’s the place for you to be.”

Duane Moody
“Have you seen what Belize has to offer?”

Beres Hammond
“It’s a shame because the last time I came here, it was basically the same thing; I did a show the night and then returned the following day. So you don’t get a chance to go and see the people or nothing.”

Duane Moody
“Any hopes of you coming back, just to come in…”

Beres Hammond
“I woulda loved that, I woulda really love that you know because I have some Jamaican friends who reside over here and some of them go and come, go and come and they always say beautiful things about Belize. Just come and have some fun man. Some real clean fun.”

Tickets for the concert are available at music outlets countrywide at sixty dollars advance and seventy at the door.
