Moses “Shyne” Barrow, Leader of Opposition
“In Human Development you are spending a million dollars less than you were in 2019, Home Affairs, the same thing, a million dollars less, when we all know that in both of those ministries in our social setting, we are facing crisis. There is a citizen security crisis. In Placencia they just had an invasion of the resort where they tied up the tourist. That is a problem that impacts our tourism directly. Now, citizens security have gone from the bad man to the crime ridden community killing each other, and now they are going to Placencia tying up tourist. Yet you are spending a million dollars under the loathed, according to you, Barrow Administration. Then you go to Housing and Infrastructure and you could Google any house meeting during the last Barrow Administration and you would hear the anti-infrastructure crusaders in the PUP. And, we have gone from a hundred and forty six million dollars in 2019, to a hundred and ninety four million dollars, infrastructure housing.”
