Elmer Nah’s Case Adjourned Until May 17th
He was supposed to appear in the Belmopan Magistrate’s Court today in one of several adjournments his case is expected to see, but Elmer Nah’s case was further adjourned until May seventeenth. The new adjournment came about because of a request that Nah’s attorney, Leeroy Banner made of the court since he couldn’t make it to the session today. The Magistrate obliged and further adjourned the matter. Nah is charged with the triple murder of brothers Jon and David Ramnarace and Jon’s wife, Vivien. He is also charged with the attempted murder of David’s girlfriend, Yemi Alberto, and use of deadly means of harm and wounding. All four persons were shot at Jon and Vivian’s house in the Maya Mopan area of Belmopan on New Year’s Eve in an ambush scenario.
