This budget, recurrent estimate is more than what it was last year, and he is talking about spending less on human development> He just is at sea, completely at sea. Sixteen point six million recurrent expenditure Madam Speaker, and in the millions for cap two expenditure and let me read out the entire amount, it is seven million, three hundred and seventy-four thousand, five hundred and ninety-eight dollars, a huge amount that has not been spent before in the development of our people and country.
