Cayo businessman involved in traffic accident, no fatality

While there are plans for a series of trail exercises to test the country’s Emergency Response capabilities, the scene on the Western Highway this afternoon was as real as it could get. A report monitored on LOVE FM indicates that Cayo businessman Kalim Habet, apparently lost control of the vehicle he was driving and overturned. According to LOVE FM, Habet’s wife was slightly injured in the accident, which happened near mile twenty two. She was reportedly taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment. There was only one vehicle involved in the accident and there were no other injuries.
