Weed, but no owner, found in Boom
In other police news, authorities are still looking for the owner of eighty pounds of marijuana found on a farm in Burrell Boom. Seventy three year old Belize City resident Lionel Gentle, his son and some other men, went to visit Gentle’s country estate on Sunday morning. While at the farm, and reportedly while getting ready to plant some cashew seeds, the son Douglas Gentle is said to have discovered the drugs in a box on the property. So far no one has come forward to own up to the weed and whoever wants to claim it, may do so at the Queen Street police station.
