“Good work on the part of the police in conducting that investigation. We know that it was not an easy one, as the incident occurred during the dark of night and police were not able to identify the suspects. But again, through good police investigation, we were able to identify who the suspects are and gathered the evidence needed to have arrested and charged those persons with aggravated burglary and attempted murder for shooting at the police when the police responded.”
