Wayne Casimiro, Head Coach, Women U20 National Team
“It is a pleasure and an honor to be coaching the U-20 Women National Team that is representing us at the CONCACAF U-20 Qualifiers in Managua. It has been a tough journey for us. WE have had our ups and downs. We have had players coming and players going but at the end of the day our focus is to continue to have players to develop as individuals and as a team and through our class sessions and training sessions. Everything we do is geared towards developing players holistically. Football covers four pillars, there is tactical, technical, and physical and what is the other one, the psychosocial or emotional part of it. That is key for us because unity is strength and we always speak of developing a team that is truly a team.”
