Mexican Business People to Hold First Bel-Mex Conference in Belize May 18 & 19
A group of Mexican businesspersons from the Quintana Roo area have planned the first Bel-Mex business conference for May eighteenth and nineteenth in Belize City. Similar to previous joint Mexico-Belize trade summits in the past, this event aims to bring together businesspeople from both countries who can market the products or services they offer in their respective countries. President of Entrepreneurs for Quintana Roo, Sergio Leon Cervantes explained what types of business they have to offer Belize.

“We work with different chambers, organizations, and we have the president from Cocineros from Quintana Roo, the chef Marci Bezalel Pacheco, thank you for being here. And, we work together with the government from Belize BELTRAIDE, the government from Quintana Roo. The idea is to make better relationships, better business in the Mexico and Belize, but the most important, Quintana Roo is the neighbor to Belize, and it’s very important for the embassy from Mexico and Belize, and for us, the businessmen in Quintana Roo, make this relationship more stronger, better, and work together. The idea we have offer opportunities for the citizens in Belize, for the businessmen in Belize, to investment in Quintana Roo, but make the same for the companies and citizens from Quintana Roo make better investments in Belize.”
