Man Who Pleads Guilty to Sodomizing Younger Brother Sentenced To Probation

A man who, as a youth several years ago, sodomized his little brother, has been sentenced to two years probation with conditions. The man, who was sixteen at the time, admitted that he sodomized his younger brother, who was ten years old when the incident happened. Justice Antoinette Moore, who presided over the matter, placed the man on probation for two years from March of this year to March of 2025. The conditions of his probation are that he must avoid being charged with any other offenses while on probation, and he is not to contact or interfere with his little brother in anyway. He was also ordered to compensate his younger brother twelve hundred dollars by the end of this year. When he pleaded guilty at the start of his trial, the perpetrator also apologized for his action.
