Honduran charged in Cowpen murder
While police look to the public for assistance in capturing Arnold, quick work by the Intermediate Southern Formation has resulted in the arrest of a Honduran man in connection with the grizzly discovery of a decomposing body last week in Cowpen. Twenty year old Jose Vasquez Cubias has been charged for the crime of Murder. According to police, Garcia’s body, with a large cut wound on the side of the forehead and both wrists amputated, was discovered in a ditch in the village onThursday morning of last week. Initially police had detained six people for questioning, but they have all been released.
